**A stable, efficient vacuum table is essential for any flatbed automated cutting system, however wide or long.** Aeronaut makes modular vacuum tables to suit almost any size of cutter which are flat packed and can be shipped and installed anywhere in the world



Aeronaut's vacuum tables are all aluminium apart from the cutting surface so they're compatible with the cutter itself and stable over large changes in temperature and humidity which badly affect tables made from timber and steel.

Aeronaut's vacuum decking system forms a strong and rigid vacuum plenum which can be easily divided across and down the table. Systems can be fitted with multiple blast gates and vacuum pumps for efficient vacuum hold-down under manual or fully automatic control.

The cutting surface is tiled using a unique joining system and fixed to the table so it's flat and doesn't bubble over temperature changes. The cutting surface is easy to install, look after and replace and has an exceptional working lifespans and is very reasonably priced.
